Job Description:
ITANIS, an IT company based in Sfax, is specifically organized to meet the growing IT needs of SMEs.
We are looking for an IT Support & Helpdesk Technician.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to users (Software and Hardware technical environment)
- Diagnose and identify solutions to problems affecting software and IT equipment
- Perform remote technical troubleshooting
- Manage user tickets and complaints / Level 1 support
- Detect malfunctions
- Provide solutions and corrective measures
- Collaborate with the existing teams
- Perform back-office tasks
- Write incident reports
Job Requirements:
- Degree in IT (BAC+3) or equivalent
- Proficiency and knowledge of the fundamentals related to IT support and user support (helpdesk)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good listening skills
- Solid knowledge of using a Windows workstation
- Attentive and responsive to user issues
- Autonomous and detail-oriented
